“The Power Thereof” Christian Outreach Ministry was founded in eternity by the self-existing Godhead (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit). As a result, the Godhead sought a willing created vessel to impart the mandate of overseeing the ministry; therefore, the mission and purpose of the ministry would be fulfilled. Furthermore, as the Spirit of God moved across the earth, God the Father and Jesus chose the vessel to carryout the mandate. The vessel chosen was, Willie J. Binion Jr. In January 2003, the Holy Spirit birthed the mandate within the inner-most- being, of the chosen vessel of God the Father and Jesus Christ (Galatians 1:1). For this reason, Willie J. Binion Jr. announced his election and the Word manifested from eternity into time (Romans 4:17). All in all, today Willie J.Binion Jr., an apostle of Jesus Christ and God the Father, is presently functioning in his mandated apostolic ministry overseeing, “The Power Thereof” Christian Outreach Ministry, which fulfills, “…built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone (Ephesians 2:20).”
